It says 2 were found.

The odd thing is they make a big deal about it not having a serial number between the lugs....which it wouldn't have had anyway....serial numbers in that era were on the caseback which is obviously a demonstration back. Of course it wasn't worn off it was never there.

I'm surprised it has a reference number between the lugs.

they do actually say that it shouldn't have one and as expected hasn't got one, and therefore wasn't there to be worn away in the first place.

I'm saying it wouldn't have one anyway...it's too old. The serial number when that watch was made was on the caseback outside.
