With my latest acquisition I hit the jackpot for sure. An early 9XX,XXX black stella 1802 with a gilt font that is simply to die for. I'm still completely enamored by this classic beauty; in my opinion the elegance of this nearly 50 year old piece is simply breathtaking:

I missed out on this exact same dial in HK a couple of years ago: still gutted!

It is a beautiful black/gold stella/gilt underline with the nice fat rooftop markers.

Great condition and early uncommon model- Fantastic fat case - fantastic rare dial - fantastic rare bracelet.

This watch definitely deserves the word Superlative on the dial for sure.

I can carry off gold watches....but if I ever tried this would be the one I'd like to do it with!!

As my 6 year old would say...AWESOME!!!!
