Seems the wardroom of LST 325 has acquired some robotic mannequins for display to the tourists. Recently one of our tour guides opened the door to the wardroom for visitors to peer inside and instructed one of the kids to point to the large robotic mannequin (the one with the bionic limb) to see how it was programed to respond. When the boy pointed, the mannequin raised its right arm in a half salute (older robots are difficult to fully program). The lad began his laughter and was instructed to repeat the above. Again, the same response from the robot, and more laughter from the boy.
I think this may become a regular practice on all tours if the other guides can convince the "robot" of its merits.
It sure will be nice when the weather allows all of the LST325 Mannequins to remove ourselves to the fresh air outside.
Come on NICE weather.
