This image was posted in the forum on author and 101st historian Mark Bando's web site, taken by a forum member in the UK. As he described it:

"I went out on the Ferry from Poole Harbour to Cherbourg on Monday afternoon. I said a while ago that I would try and get an image of the LST used as a breakwater in Poole Harbour. It was towed back from Omaha beach in 1976 and sunk. What a way to go!!! Shame.........."

Anyone know which LST this was?

LST 496. Navsource states that it was sunk by enemy mines off Omaha Beach on June 11, 1944.

Other possibilities are LST 499 (at Normandy invasion and sunk as a result of enemy action on June 8, 1944) and LST 376 (at Normandy Invasion and sunk in English Channel on June 9, 1944).
