There are so many of us that are so proud of all of you... it HAD to be the experience of a lifetime.

an on the ball Beachmaster would not have let that lcvp broach like that. Coxans, and Beachmaster's did a good job worked hard to keep that from happening.. Oh well that's hollywood for you..

Those are neat pictures. I would like to have a copy of the newspaper article to read. It did not come thru clear enough on my PC.

As an old boat cox'n, if memory serves me right, that is not the way to beach an LCVP. It makes it too hard to retract and could damage the boat.

I just read Captain Jornlin's update and I am glad that LST 325 has found a good home with people who really care about her.

Keep the articles coming. I do enjoy reading them.
