TODAY, the 6th of JUNE 2007, the 63rd anniversity of D-DAY, JUNE 6, 1944 I want to offer my prayers for the men who gave up their lives for all. For the men we carried aboard our ship that day destined to land on OMAHA BEACH MAY GOD REST YOUR SOULS.

Frank, thanks to you and all of the others who gave medical assistance, a lot of the men who stormed beaches on this D-Day and others received a gift of continued life... Special thanks to all of you and all those who served.

I observed a moment of silence and offered the prayers as you did for those who sacrificed their lives. We remember.

that you too are owed our thanks.....as are all those of the US and Royal Navy who carried them in.....on behalf of the veterans of the LST and Landing Craft Association your thoughts concerning those lost are reciprocated....MAY THEY REST IN PEACE.....!!!!

THIS BEACH...!!!
This beach..could tell a story
This beach..it would not lie
Could we... but only listen
