Does anyone know if the OLA has a resource guide on how to take a competitive C team and turn them into a B team in a month?

She:kon,

I presume that is a zinger, and a good one if it is.  Perhaps they could post such a guide on the MyLaxRatings site.  Or your Zone Director might know of such a guide.

From a practical standpoint, http://nccp.lacrosse.ca/ is one of the best kept secrets in lacrosse, and only 10$ to register to access their extensive drill database among other resources.  Don't tell anyone though...

Don't worry about getting them to "B" in a month. No one braggs about how they won the Tyke provincials when they were 8 yrs old!
Just keep improving and get as many players as possible to the "B" or "A" level by Peewee and Bantam! Just my 2 cents.

You could check with the midget, bantam and pee wee B teams that have to play the A teams that didn't want to pay the entry fee and play in the A Provincials where they were rated and then the OLA lets them play in the B Provincials. This is why they should have to play where they're rated or they don't get to play at all.
