That was one of the worst first rounds of Jr A Lacrosse I have witnessed in years. Glad they weren't best of 7 series. Second round should be a good one........hopefully.

I'm a Northmen fan. Just disappointed in the lack of competitive games in the first round.

with the lack of competitive games.
Here's an Orangeville fan who just shelled out (or maybe didn't bother to) good money to watch his/her team blow out the 1st round opponent 14-3, 10-2, and 13-5.
We might be losing fans to soccer and baseball with displays like that.

from reading the string there are many issues the game should deal with, but every year the same discussion pops up. JrA has been on this path for awhile and is looking alot like major srA in ontario. not very competitive and not really fun to watch. interesting string though.

Ajax is right out of it, but if you look at the other five teams, only two games separate first from fifth.......and first place is not Brampton or Peterborough for a change.

The last few years have had upsets waiting to happen as well. Only a matter of time before Brooklin and/or Nations steals a semi final round and maybe finds the guts to go through to the Mann.

As for Junior, I agree. It's no fun watching "have" teams beat on Mississauga or Barrie like a rented mule.
