Kind of interesting to take a snapshot post-qualifiers for A and before games start for the other divisions on Friday. The "A" teams have already wrapped up qualifiers, but none of those scores appear to have made it into MyLax. If I have one big criticism of the system, it is how out of date the scores have been for many teams. I'm not sure if the centres or zones are to blame for that, as it varies widely.

Anyway, here is "A" based on final Q standings (mylax in brackets):

1) Whitby (1)
2) Mimico (5)
3) CW (9)
4) Clarington (2)
5) Oakville (3)
6) Burlington (4)
7) Peterborough (8)
8) Guelph (16)
9) Brampton (17)
10)Six Nations (6)
11)Orangeville (22)
12)St. Catharines (7)
13) K-W (12)

MyLax Top 13 teams not in A - Oakville 2 (10), Halton Hills 1 (11), London (13).

Group 3 is very strong. Should be some excellent lacrosse determining who comes out of that group.

Wow - Group 6 seems way closer than any of the other brackets. Group 4 could be interesting depending on how strong the Soo actually is.

Cambridge is going to surprise a lot of people. I think that they are 10-0-1 in C/D tournaments this year. Some weak performances in Zone play seems to have dragged down their ranking.

On the other side, Akwesasne, Milton, and Wallaceburg are probably better than some of the weaker B teams. I predict that one of those three will roll through the early games only to be upset by Cambridge in the finals.

I agree, I saw Cambridge play in Mimico, they have a strong team. Milton-1 has played A/B teams all year and will be tough as well.

After watching Owen Sound today win 9-4 than they win 10-1 after that shows they are in wrong division.....should be in B.

Although they lost big today, they beat the Sound last week! There is a long way to go.
