I wonder what the trooper shot him in the chest with ? a 9mm or 380?
If it were a 45 I would think he would have not been able to still hop and dodge around, much less get into the car and drive off?

I see where 2 of the members of the motorcycle club that beat down the motorist were off duty NYPD.
Although they did not participate in the beat down they were just "observers".
Another thing is the Motorcycle Clubs that the media is spinning as "stereo Type" motor cycle gangs, are NOT typical gangs as they were in the 60s type Hells angels.
I know people of the Banditos clubs and they are not of this type, in fact actually shield soldiers families at funerals form the like of Westborough Baptist Church group.
I have seen this as an eye witness.
As they chant their slime at the funerals the Banditos will be lined facing the group in a tight line where the funeral procession cannot see the Baptist group.
And its a type of "I dare you to touch me" situation they give to the chanters, which are usually women and small kids as the men retreat to their vehicles when the Banditos show up.
These guys in NYC were the type that rides "Rice Rockets" and not American Iron.
The guy that did the window bashing was a sandwich maker from Guyana.

Ron,

Regarding your previous question: Sure a bigger caliber is likely to do more damage, even with a peripheral hit.
But unless your hit immediately takes out a person's CNS there is no saying how long a person could continue to function even when taking a fatal hit. And that could depend on a number of factors. Motivation is one of those factors.

Hope this helps. If not ask Richie or Carentan. They'll be happy tell you what they had for breakfast 12 years ago, followed y a tirade of more irrelevant nonsense.

Greetings my friend.

Four teens have been charged with capital murder after an 87-year-old WWII veteran died from injuries sustained during a brutal mugging.

The Delta Democrat Times reports that Lawrence E. Shine Thornton of Greenville, Miss., died two days after the October 18th mugging, allegedly at the hands of Terrance Morgan, 19; Edward Johnson,19; Leslie Litt, 18; and Geblonski Murray, 18.

Thornton was attacked in his own driveway, according to CNS News. The teens allegedly pushed him down on the ground and stole his wallet.

CNS News' Eric Scheiner described Thornton's life as "a story of hard work, overcoming adversity, belief in God and finding some success in doing something you love."

The Associated Press reports that the four individuals accused in Thornton's death are being held without bond. Each of the four suspects is also charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

14 year old black student killed his 24 years white female teacher after following her to the bathroom and cutting her throat and cutting her up with a box cutter. putting her in a recycling bin taking her downstairs and out to the woods to dump her body.

  Then   went to the movies,

No racisium here, no Sharpton, Jackson, Obama or the usual race baiters screaming racism or "he could have been my son"!

"So you can keep your doctor , your Health plan if you like it, period."

The ones that believed him were democrats, the ones that knew he was lying were republicans or people that worked for him.

This is one of his miniscule illegal activities.

Nothing like Fast and furious, Irs, Benghazi, spying one Americans privacy, and at least 35 allied World leaders private phone conversations.

Oh But wait, he was unaware of any of those goings ons.

So that is the defense? Of a Harvard Lawyer?

One thing I do know , who ever is next for president, Democrat, Republican , Islam, we can hold no one accountable for nothing, as long as they deny it and say I was Unaware, its will be free game and anything you want to do because we did not hold him accountable.

Why did we run President Nixon out of office?

Remember,  its was for bugging a phone in the democratic headquarters , and then they said he lied about knowing it.

We've coma a long way baby!

One officer's story:

I am a retired Detroit Police Officer and this is my story. I hope this will not happen to you.
I joined the Detroit Police Department in 1986. At that time the city had an agreement with the federal government that made Detroit Police officers ineligible for social security and Medicare. We were led to believe that this was to our benefit. We were told that we would be taken care of upon retirement with a pension and health care.
Brian Lawrence
Today, this is no longer true.  Because of the bankruptcy filing by the city of Detroit, the Emergency Manager has stripped me and my fellow officers of our health-care coverage and is trying to void our pension income.
I spent more than 23 years with the Detroit Police Department as a patrol officer. I patrolled the streets of Detroit. I answered calls for service. I did not have an administrative job, nor was I an executive. I have seen some really horrific scenes and fought against the worst violent acts that most people cannot even imagine.
I have uncovered babies from shallow graves, responded to domestic-violence incidents, armed robberries, and murder scenes. I have discovered heads blown off, double ax murders, and mummified bodies in abandoned buildings.
I have saved people from being killed. I have found lost children and returned missing relatives to safety when they wandered, were carjacked, or were taken away by force. And I have come into your home or the home of someone you know when help, safety, and security were needed to help the citizens of Detroit.
I have lost more friends in the line of duty than anyone should.

I have been shot at more times than you can count; and
I have been run over.
I loved my job.
In 1996, I was on my way back to the First Precinct after patrolling the streets. I proceeded through a green light near the precinct and was struck by a vehicle that ran a red light. I do not remember much about the accident because I was in a coma for six days. I had a very serious head injury. I was off work for nearly one year, then on restricted duty for two years.
I had to learn to eat and swallow again.
My head injury caused memory issues, which I have to this day.
I did not take a duty or medical retirement at the advice of my union. They told me not to worry---the retirement insurance coverage would take care of me. But that’s not true anymore.
I do not think I am special, nor do I think I am unique. I am like every other patrol officer in any other city. I worked hard. I earned everything I have. I do not want anyone to “give” me anything.
I do want what I earned--- my health-care coverage and pension.
Thank you for listening to me.
I hope you do not experience the same treatment.
Brian Lawrence grew up in Detroit and attended St. Mary's of Redford High School before joining the Detroit Police Department. He has a brother who is also a retired Detroit officer. Lawrence lives in Arizona.

I see on the news where they are set to cut the firefighters and Policeman's pensions to 15%?    Teachers, are slated for 100% full pensions.   Seems that is the way it is, Teachers , Military and first responders are always touted as being taken care of by the left but in reality it is only teachers that carry the Democrats. After all , how do you get Military, Firefighters and Police as democratic voters, you indoctrinate them at early ages by lying , slobbering card carrying liberal Teachers.   The Golden Goose.    Besides ,Obamas Health care ,one of the questions on the insurance form is" how do you vote." Once everyone gets threw off their plans because of Obamas regulation to the insurance companies you have only one choice, Obamas. They can then pick and choose how you are treated by their health care as how you voted.

IRS, has your other nut in their hand on how you make and spend your money depending on if you are a Conservative.( still they have done nothing to these corrupt people).   Sorry about the bankrupt city, I suppose many saw it coming but they are not Liberals.  Ron
