Could I get a part number on the through the wheels strap pictured at top of post?  May be interested in ordereing those myself.  I'd probably add the cordura or fleece sleeve also.

The 8 point set or traditional single d-ring strap at least allow an operator to position the strap out of the way...

That's why I like the lasso straps with a ring in them.  You can sinch them at the very outermost part of the wheel and tighten them down and they wont turn due to the friction imparted on the tire and the tighter it pulls the more friction occurs so it doesn't rotate.  This looks like it would be another option however.

Not a bad idea. I didn't know that item was sold. My only concern would be wear over time and as mentioned, contacting the vehicle.
