After studying in person and matching the colors on the original rocker switches on both the helm / nav console and captains chair; I came up with the below paint matches.  The rocker switches I matched all were the original paint (although in some cases very worn).  I realize these look more vibrant in some cases than we are use to seeing but these are in person the colors that the actual switches were and also the colors I used for the restoration of the original set pieces.

Fantastic!  Do you know offhand whether this was always the same pattern or were there some variations on different consoles or over the three seasons throughout the series?

This represents the basic color scheme and was used on the bridge, transporter room, briefing room, auxiliary control room, etc.  There were different colors in the engine room that do not match the above colors.  Also, from time-to-time when the production would work on the sets; the rockers would not be replaced in the same color order.  The helm console is a prime example as it was reordered at the beginning of the second season.

Makes sense.  I believe it was the difference in the engineering rockers that made me wonder.
