Bases loaded, nobody out and Murderers' Row (Nick, Vic and Jimmy McCann) can't bring a run home...

Any games on the Tigers schedule that might actually get played the next few days?  The weather forecast for tomorrow and Wednesday evenings isn't good, and even Thursday's getaway day game at 1 pm is looking a bit iffy.

Early numbers seem to show that the outfield is better defensively.

Thanks mostly to the Gold Glove candidate in right field.

Well, maybe not so much with that second part. 😉

The decision to rebuild has been made. So absolutely Fulmer should be dealt for the right package. So should Castellanos, Martin, Greene, Liriano and any other veteran somebody desires come end of July.

Kind of a silly hook on the Fulmer article. "Tigers don't deserve Fulmer."  Pffffft

Fulmer could very well be part of the Tigers future as their ace when they are competing.  But he'd be a costly part receiving a large salary.  There's also health risks and the potential of losing him to FA or traded as a rental player.  I'd trade him this year preferably for a comparable position player moderately close and a couple of other quality prospects.  I'd think he will be in big demand come July.

I would definitely consider dealing Fulmer, but deal from a position of strength. Get a package in mind and don't waver from that.

And for the love of all that's reasonable cut ties with Chad Bell...how much horribleness does one team need to see before it realizes there's really nothing there.

Bell really pushing that LH and a pulse analogy.

Miggy is a broken down 35 going on 90 year old. Constantly injured.  Looks like he’s headed to the DL.
