The Dream World of the Grey Closet Rat

According to Dr. Alberto Felipe
Artaud, in his most reknowned
paper, the lights of the city
register as dream sequences
of birth and rebirth
in the medulla oblongata
of the grey closet rat. REM
has been detected in waking
rats when in the presence
of the lights on the Vegas strip.
The amplitude measured
was ten times higher than REM
in their actual sleep time.
Professor Artaud slept with the
subjects, electrodes
attached to himself and an animal.
His REMs would be measured
at the same time and the strips
would be studied and compared.
The Professor recounted his dreams
to Jungian psychoanalysts, who
concluded that the rats
displayed signs of individuation as
each rat went on to
devise experiments for the
Professor and his colleagues.
Their conclusions are in the latest
issue of R.A.T. Journal.

Great suggestion, Toni. This needs amped up a bit. I'll work on it some more.
