Where and when did the notion of privacy  originate? Only a few centuries agosuch a display of baths and
what have you got, that I haven't got?All those paintings with exposed posteriors, the most accepted thing in all landsmen had even public toilets, The artists 'study of nudes and poses, clings the skin of animals with knots and hooks. I scrolled down on fb reading and seeing almost all the paintings were ekphrasistic: a vivid description of the female /male body A painter, a musician and a poet David Raphael Israel's post.

An interesting question. It is so difficult for me to live with other women because of different perceptions of modesty and dignity. It is a topic I come back to again and again. I don't think most people can determine whether their sense of privacy is cultural or individual.
