- They totally weren't conventional; or traditional, nothing like that and Wally actually prefered it that way. They had met through an arranged marriage service, knowing nearly nothing about each other and then going on with the wedding. That hadn't really been super traditional either; Wally hadn't had time to really figure out what she might have wanted ring wise, so he just didn't get her one. And while they were married; they both had shit to bring with them to the new place, so he decided to spend that night finish packing on his own and loading everything to the new place.
They had plans to meet up at the Vow given house about noon; give them a chance to have lunch together, then get to work and making all their crap fit together. At least the houses were decent; better then the apartment he'd had anyways, it was like a kingdom with all the extra rooms. He wasn't sure yet how Eliza was going to want to do the whole sleeping arrangements either, some people couldn't just flop into bed with a stranger nightly and just sleep. Wally could, but he was an odd bird.
The front door to the house was wide open; the moving truck backed into the drive, ramp down and he was going back and forth carrying boxes in. He'd already made sure the movers had picked up Eiza's things, just so she wouldn't have to worry about lifting anything. She was bakin' a potato, so he didn't want her wearing herself out. All she needed to do was arrive; he'd take care of the lifting, he didn't really mind a little hard work.
All the furniture was inside; not totally set up yet, but all he had to move were the boxes. The Movers had taken care of the furniture for him. On the kitchen counter; was sitting a gift bag, something he'd picked up for them both with a little notepad inside. He glanced at the time on his cell phone; knowing she'd be getting there soon if she was on time, if she wasn't...no biggie. It was her place too, it wasn't like it was going anywhere unless she did.</li>
