Muhahahaha! Bet he didn't have goggles either. Added bonus, he would have been easy to find if he had managed to get out and run...

I loved the lady defending health and home with a marker, BUT. . .

I am disturbed that in the "20K injured" report that lumps airguns and paintball together. I do not play, but even I know there are fundemental differences in the design of these "weapons". I would MUCH rather be hit with something DESIGNED to be used harmlessly against people.

I wonder at the true breakdown of the injuries- both the number and the severity. Markers even running hot - well theoretically could be lethal, definitely could be permanently dammaging, but they have to seriously try to hurt someone. Air rifles are used to put holes in thing, from paper to varmints I know which on I would want to be hit by.

I will stop babbling now.

I was half-paying attention to my local news when they had a super short mention of this. I Googled afterwards, trying to find the story, to no success - guess that was before more news outlets posted the story.

Googled again this morning... success! Full story explanation.

Or so the local vampires have to say about it before disappearing. I got about 5,000 rounds squirreled away. Oh, the ramping is zero and the nobounce is on. Just try to get me now!

You can get steel ball bearings that are exactly .680 caliber.

With a suitably modified regulator and a suitably sturdy barrel, you can splinter 2x4s. Gas efficiency goes out the window, but...splinter 2x4s! =)
