After enjoying the conversation, I realized one glaring thing about their environment.

That's a really high ceiling for a coffee shop!!! hehe

. . . of a diner in my town. The building went up in 1909, and was originally a bank.

I'll bet Cara's place has those great old pressed tin panels on the ceiling. I love those.

A lot of places where I grew up had those patterned tin ceilings. You can buy replicas made from foam that look like the real thing once they're painted. I've thought about putting them in my living room but I don't think they'd look right in a mobile home.

But I agree, a couple eggs would go well with those pancakes. Or a salmon.

I thought that was the default ceiling on trailers unless you paid extra.
