Be 0.15 more funny if Roger was still smoking, still a great cultural reference to one of the finest films ever.

Of course, Roger shouldn't look too deeply into Cara's motivations.  What's his own wife's motivations?  Double Indemnity for unspecified 'Lab Accident' rider on a Lifer Insurance Policy?

I think that if Roger keeps bothering Cara, she'll start serving him decaf in demitasse cups.

A handful of us were standing around the microwave at work one day waiting for the previous user to come get the mug of tea they left in it. One guy looked inside and saw it was loose herbal tea. A minute later a lady came and took the mug, apologizing for leaving it. After she was out of earshot the same guy said, "I figured it had to belong to a woman. No man who's ever had to clean the bottom of lawn mower would drink something that looked like that.

Decaf looks and smells enough like real coffee to fool people into drinking it. Herbal tea is too easy to avoid. I have no idea what Postum is without Googling it.

That's always a good office prank- switch the coffee to decaf without telling people, and then when people get over their addiction, swap it with double expresso. :)

It's a beverage made from roasted grain, meant to be a coffee substitute. It was popular during WWII when coffee was rationed.

It doesn't really taste like coffee, but some people like it. Dad drank it when he had an ulcer.

To me, 95% of herbal teas smell and taste like stewed weeds.  The only ones I consistently like are the peppermint ones, which help my stomach.

I work in IT. Do that to my staff, and the results will not be pretty. It's a bit like NICS Gibbs Rule 23: "Never mess with a Marine's coffee... if you want to live."

<- leaves the decaf coffee in the pot next to the bowl of mixed plain M&Ms, Reese's Pieces, and Skittles; and the "Jell-O Shots" made with Sugarless Gummi Bears...
