I'm minded of an old joke that I always planned on making; but never quite got around to doing:

It's a plain black plastic hobby box (like from Radio-Shack) with a BIG red button on the top, with a sign taking up most of the rest of the space on top of the box saying, "Push to Activate."
When somebody would PUSH the big red button, a voice from inside, through speaker-holes cut in the bottom would say, "System Activated. Release to detonate," OR, just, "Release to Detonate."

Ive wanted such a button on a box that does a count down from 10 or 12.

...Though at work would be a better place, just to see how many people can't read, don't read, or just don't bother following instructions. I drew this back in June, when the button madness first started:



- I think a mechanical counter would be the best choice; a Fargo Controls KE610 series is a pretty close example, but I'd like something with bigger numbers.
