Opening your post was almost instant, as was opening the reply screen. But earlier today reading some posts took upwards of a minute to load.
If it ain't broke, I'll fix it!

Anything to do with network54.com takes 15 - 300 seconds to load; even going back (which could use the cache) lets me get a coffee before it updates. Only network54 - nothing else seems to have been affected, so I doubt it's mozilla, IE or anything BUT network54.

Time to beat the crap out of the server with the rubber chicken?
Breakfast.com halted. Cereal port not ready.

...and got the message page. I didn't read quick enough before it went away, but I think it said "Browser OK" and "Server OK" and something else I didn't catch.

I figured it was just a REALLY long way from Georgia to Alaska and back to Georgia!

Wait... Am I downloading this locally? What the heck?

And unfortunately, other than passing an email along to the host, there's not a lot I can do about it.

Hopefully they'll get things straightened out shortly.

...caused massive overheating problems across the entire enterprise. The site slows down as racks trip offline due to serious overheating and in some cases major fires.

However they are undaunted -- the next solution is to fill the server rooms with water to carry away the excess heat. That should fix it right up.

It has been posted on one of the other N54 forums, that the entire site has been sold to TapaTalk. The slowdown is affecting the entire Notwork54 realm.

That would seem to suggest improvements than slowdowns... How are they doing on laying that cable line from the mainland to AK that's supposed to improve net speeds for the 49th State?
