This is Pearl Harbor Day. In 1941, about this time of day if I understand time zones correctly, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. It's a significant day in US history because it's when we entered WWII.* A Moment of Silence. *

Fifteen men received Medals of Honor for their heroic actions at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Only five of those men survived their moment of heroism, one of them dying in action 11 months later.
