Yep, that's the one. There's more, though, although I'm not sure they're by the same guy. One has Hobbes trying to pounce on the little girl like he used to do when Calvin would come home from school- but she's in gymnastics, and majestically leaps out of the way.

I think there's also one where they're playing a sort of "Calvinball" version of chess. 😁

Man, I'm surprised nobody brought up the old comic where Calvin called in the first time.
Also, since Doc's said that the comic has been going on "in comic-time" for about 8 months... he sure did grow up a lot in those 8 months!! O,o

I sincerely wish that this was a true spinoff of the original.
