Gents

On my recent hols went to Barcelona Military Museum and took a whole heap of pics. There were many odities amoungst them - for example this:

It looks to me like a WW1 era spigot mortar but its not in my Russian mortar book. As you can see its captioned M1936

Mr Reasoner suggested I post it here

Anyone know anything about it?

Hi Bob, thanks for that picture. It's however not mentioned in the authorative Armas de la Guerra Civil bible of last year....

Could be some old German mortar supplied by the SU?

Btw, you made me very, very curious to your other picts....

I'm looking for a nice simple free pic hosting site that allows me to upload more than 50 pics with one or two button presses... (my Flikr account is full)

Alternatively anyone have some free webspace I can FTP too?
