I just received my Takashi Triple AC ocarina today, so I made a recording with it (compared to my Icarus triple)

Thanks for that! I give the edge to the Takashi. The Icarus sounds airy on the high notes.

Superbly played.
Even if the Icarus is more airy on the high notes, it also got an interesting tone.
I wonder if you could so something for the high notes, I found that having the palm of one hand 5 cm or so from the sound hole seems to help a little. But I'm no expert, and I'm truly far from your playing skills

You're right about the Icarus having a more 'interesting' tone, despite its setbacks at the high notes of 1st chamber.

The high notes can sound better with use of the acute bend technique, and using a very specific amount of breath.
It usually sounds clearer than it did in this particular vid, but the weather was cold that day, making it more susceptible to condensation.

Thanks for the feedback and compliments :)
