This is an open forum dedicated to the NYNH&H RR. and all interests that encompasses it, be they modeling or historical. We do not censor things said here but we do reserve the right to make the experience as pleasurable as possible for all the users. Today after much consideration and hearing from forum users, we  (William G. Dulmaine President and Wayne D. Drummond Chairman of the Board, NHRHTA Inc.) had decided to ban the forum user who made unwarranted attacks and threats on the forum. This type of discourse made other users more than a bit outraged at the posts. Personal attacks and invective will not be tolerated in any shape manner or form. You can state an opinion or make known a complaint about a product but degrading language and personal attacks will be dealt with swiftly and fairly. Thank you for your attention.Wayne D. Drummond & William G. Dulmaine

We can be as insane as we want when alone, but when dealing with others one must remain civil.  Personal attacks and use of inappropriate language shows not only a lack of civility and decorum, but also an inability to properly utilize the 500,00-1,000,000 words available in the English language to get one's point across in a respectful, yet effective manner.
A tip of the hat and a hand salute to Messrs. Drummond and Dulmaine.

Thank you both. Sorry that it came to that. I know that most members are relatively normal and polite - even Cutler!
We're still committed to the New Haven projects an appreciate the support of NHRHTA and its members.Bill Schneider

Am in complete agreement there is no place for personal attacks here.  Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don't say it mean is what I've heard.  We all don't have to agree, but that was way beyond normal disagreement.
As a point of order, I wonder if the thread itself could be reinstated, obviously without the offensive parts.  There was some good info there and it would be too bad if that one individual kept others from getting some useful info on this new product.

It would be best for all to just start a new one and move on.
