Put hair into a scrunchi pony tail.

Put your hand below your hair band on top of your hair tail. With your other hand, wrap the hair around and around your hand. You are keeping this below the banded area.

Then, once your hair is all wrapped around your hand, flip it up. You can sort of lift it up, roll it up a bit. This will cover your hair band (not totally at this point since the hair will sort of fan out a bit once you secure it). Slide your Ficcare in just above the hair band/scrunchi catching the lower back part of the loop of hair (not the hair band/scrunchi).

Spray and smooth the outer side with your favorite smoother/conditioner or Aloe Vera Gel.

Looking at all these updo's I realized I really need to get a fake-arre.
I just tried the ficcare flip today, before I even saw this board, but I used a regular barrette instead. It looks so much better with a ficcare.
