Just stuck this on for a bit of background music,

One band i really want to see. Just totally fun music, although they've got a few tear-jerker tracks.

Radlands is a beauty. The Nothing and Sister Everett are goosebumpy when played loud when i'm driving.

Greatest Hits is clever and charming.

Anyone got any fond memories of seeing them live or owt?

Nice small venue. Should be fun.

"All over 21"

do you mean age requirement for the gigs?

does this make a big difference?
I saw the mizzys last year and the crowd was very young, i swear only my mates and i were past our 20's - only difference was the crowd wasnt going wild, no one was singing along (except us)

They do seem to have a perpetually young audience. It's almost like they struggle to hang on to an audience with the empty sounding pop music that they've made since their debut. Making Dens was lovely, but since then have just aimed their music at teenage girls - in the long run, it doesn't seem to have worked out for them though. Bit less blatant than Peace, but still evident.

Gonna aim for the first two all being well.

Did about 7 dates of the autumn tour back in 2005. Good times.
