Never seen the trailers, cool.  Quality looks like the old Japanese dvd's
( much better than the UK dvd's which were ropey ).
I'd like better but doubt it, never seen a Toho film that did not have the grey blacks and faded colors.

Good news about the English dubs for LAKE and EVIL.

I saw THE VAMPIRE DOLL in Seattle's Chinatown back in 1971, and will be very glad to have it in my video collection.  I don't think there was ever an English dub track for it.

I did once see a UK PAL DVD of THE VAMPIRE DOLL (under the title BLOODTHIRSTY DOLL), and was disappointed by the dull color.

UPDATE: An online poster has stated that the info about the English dubs seems to have disappeared from Arrow's specs.  We'll have to see what happens.

A review posted on the DVD Drive-In site states that the English dub tracks for LAKE and EVIL are present, but you must access them from your remote, as they are not listed on the disc's menu.  Ditto the English subtitles, as per the review.

Better there and not listed than MIA.  Thanks Jobla.
Glad they decided to keep those tracks.

I see that our buddy John Bernhard is mentioned in the TRILOGY booklet's acknowledgments, probably for providing the English audio.  I'm now spot-checking LAKE OF DRACULA, and the audio sounds fine to me.
