This weekend, in American Canyon, CA. It's a tournament + throwdown + seminars + BBQ. If I can get past my own tech-tardness to post the pdfs for the thin, I will. Otherwise, the details can be found by logging on to emperado.com.

The instructors who have confirmed to teach at the seminars for the Pupule Gathering on September 27th in American Canyon, CA are:

Adults:
Professor Woody Sims of Vallejo, CA (stand up sparring)
Professor Jason Groff of Hawaii and Sigung Dean Goldade of Texas (stick and knife)
Sifu James Mayors of New York (ground work/grappling)
Grandmaster Ted Sumner of San Jose, CA (self defense: composition, structure and execution of techniques as a defensive solution to an attack scenario)

Kids:
Sigung Dan Tyrrell of Hidden Valley Lake, CA
Sifu Tim Gaskell of Napa, CA

I have a marketing event that prevents me from spending the day, but I will at least be there for a bit.

D.

Looks like Dean and James have already bailed out on you guys. Sounds like a rockin' time. You gonna teach a seminar now Gary? I'm thinking, "Leoning White Belt Techniques from the 1960's"

Yea, they are far away, it is to be expected. NY to CA is quite a distance.

I am going to go, yes, am I teaching, I don't think so, but you never know.
I can bang sticks pretty well, and I am still fast on my feet, LOL, running not. Do some male and female triangles, box step, shuffle, slip and slide around, it is like dancing or riding a bike...If you get the drift.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.

I have 50+ years of various arts...I am not concerned... If I was I would not be going I fought in a boxing ring at 10 years of age... Still hit the bags Dan, yesterday I worked out for about an hour...I'll get some rest for the next few, and be raring to go...

67 in December...

Gary
