The ski areas web site said it was raining, is it true? It's going to make all this nice new powder a wet slushy mess.

Yes, raining most of the day. The sun came out briefly between 10am-11am then it started raining again with brief stops. The snow is very heavy.

was still raining this morning (monday) and you can see about 2 feet of snow has been lost or sunken into itself. I got to miss the weekend here being trapped in Cle Elum since friday night. Didnt miss much.

Is it supposed to turn back to snow or at least cool down anytime soon?

It was snowing today, but very wet. The snow level appeared to be around 3,000'

Looks like the temp has been in the 40s all day. There is a forecast for 6-11" tonight (assuming the SL drops as expected). Personally I'd like to see some more of this snowmelt since my cabin can't handle much more of these multi-feet snow storms.
