you all probably know this already but thursday looks like the big day for the towers and tower tops to be going up the hill, get you camera's ready because i have to work and will not get a chance to to take any....happy day!

we ended working up on the top terminal, i will post some pics on flickr tonight and post a link

I showed up at Silver Fir at 12:35 just as the chopper was hauling the last (first) tower. Lucky I was able to catch this since it appears it was near the end of the choppers work so I snapped photo's of what I would guess would be Tower 1, the top section and then a shorter tower from the load station. I left shortly after that cuz I had to get back to work. Photos' to be posted later.

I'll be looking for your photo's Lurker-J.........!!

This time they used a Kaman K-Max.
3 ton capacity, designed for external loads like these and not a recycled S&R or GP ex-military bird like the last one used to haul the concrete.
