I'd try it! I'd put my airguns to real good use... I was even researching on how to clean and cook them, but not just squirrels, rabbits too.... It sucks that I'd have to go out of the city to get good clean healthy specimens... The only squirrels around here are in the park and the last time I saw, they were eating Cheetos... When I was a kid there were farms everywhere and now it's all streets, concrete and buildings... I can at least still fish the ocean though but then sometimes you get gang members out there trying to get the wrong look out of you....

....I've eaten many of them over the years, and like them just fine as long as you cook them in a savory way.

keeping them tender is sometimes a challenge.....

Soaking in "Red" Wine then Boiling in water(and/or Wine with a Bay leaf
