could you live on $515 a month after you paid your rent/mortgage? Looks like that is what I might be left with for:

gas $140
Food
Phones $65
Utils $160
TV
misc....

Our mortgage is double that since we refinanced. Keep us posted on your progress. You are so resourceful. I'm sure you will make it through.

Our mortgage is double that since we refinanced. Keep us posted on your progress. You are so resourceful. I'm sure you will make it through.
that's a pretty low, scary figure even to me!!! And my X said something today about wanting to renegotiate alimony, he says he can't offord it but it's "non negotiable" per the agreement...

I really hope that job works out for you. Sorry you're having issues w/ the BF/renter. Is your basement situated that you could be comfortable w/ another renter (separate entrance, etc)?

Single without any expenses even, it would be hard.

I really hope that job works out for you. Sorry you're having issues w/ the BF/renter. Is your basement situated that you could be comfortable w/ another renter (separate entrance, etc)?

might not be going that low... he might be staying, who knows... I was more just asking myself now that UE has ended what I would do... even with the rent money it's NOT a lot to live on : )
