I haven't been around for a while but wanted to check in and say hello. I'm still teaching and chasing the grandkids. Just found out a month ago that Bay (3 years old) is a type 1 diabetic so we have all been making some lifestyle changes. My oncologist has FINALLY released me to once a year visits and I'm really happy about that. I have found a wonderful website called pintrest that I spend way to much time on and started a junking (buy, sell, trade) site on facebook that has almost 3000 members. Been looking into the couponing thing again. I have a niece that's working it and boy does she save money! I hope you all are doing well!

I'm sorry about the diabetes. The diet changes for adults are probably a good thing, but geez that's hard on kids when everyone else is eating junk food.

Tell me about your facebook buy & sell thing.

Craigs list doesn't have small towns listed. The towns that ARE listed were 45 miles away. So, I made a page on facebook for our county. It took off...I added over 500 members the first few days. We have local auctions and antique stores that post offerings, people who are having yard sales, or estate sales. There are people there who are selling thier junk. Some of it good junk and some of it not so good. But it has been fun and I have bought a lot of stuff and sold a lot of stuff.

Our town isn't listed on craig's list either. Just have to pick a direction from the Dallas list.
