Miso & salmon:
http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/miso-gl ... 000522217/

hamburger & mushrooms - stroganoff; if any of the yogurt is plain, you could use that rather than buying sour cream

pork chops - either w/ bbq sauce or pork fried rice

quesadillas or burritos - tortillas, cooked chicken, green taco sauce, cheese

chili beans with hot dogs cooked into them.

salisbury steak using some hamburg, egg, steak seasoning with sauce made from canned mushrooms.

french rice salad using cooked rice, sliced olives, a bit of onion, a bit of other cooked veg like carrots, peas and make a dressing using lemon juice, garlic and oil

cottage cheese with sliced and diced fruit

srat anything on the fridge list needing to be used up fast- like open applesauce...

I would use the bacon, chicken, green taco sauce, 1 slice of bacon and cheese to make enchilads. For tomorrow I would use the buger buns and the rolls to have burgers tomorrow night. I would use the lunch meat and cheese for lunch. I would cut up the celery and put it into either a jar or pitcher of cold water to revive it and eat it as celery sticks with some dressing on it.

I'd make up a batch of convenience mix muffins and have those and fruit for the next few days. Use Yogurts as breakfast and or snacks.

Then for next week I would come up with some kind of bean/pasta salad....

I forget how many you are feeding, but here goes:
-tacos made 50-50 with meat and beans to stretch the meat, serve on ww tortillas with lettuce, green taco sauce, side of corn.
-marinate some of the cooked split ck breast in some Asian dressing, top a salad of 2 lettuces, shredded carrot, sliced scallion, Add beans to stretch
-apple sauce muffins/bread/cake
-use the split chicken breast as "pulled chicken" in BBQ sauce, over the ww buns. Serve baked beans on the side
-eggs+bacon+cheese+onions/scallions=Impossible pie/quiche, add side veggie
-tip: put limp celery in iced water to revive it
-drain fruit (save juice to serve as is, mixed with tea, or in Jello) and make a crisp (use oat convenience mix)
-jam+ oat convenience mix=cookie bars
-what kind of lunch meat is that? salami?ham? need more info
-pasta sauce+1/2 lb beef+stewed tomatoes=pasta sauce over noodles of choice, top with Parmesan, serve a side veg
-corn+ milk=chowder
-make meatballs in pasta sauce, serve over noodles for meal # 1, take more meatballs (store as frozen) and make a white sauce, to which you add some grated cheese. Will be a different meal from meal # 1-serve over rice/noodles
-homemade beef chilli with beans, make cornbread
-meatloaf (lefotvers become meatloaf sandwiches on WW bread)
-Sheppards pie
-hotdogs+ beans for beanies and weanies to stretch it further.
-pintos+rice+ a bit of cheese for a complete protein meal
-pancakes for supper
-homemade mac n cheese, serve a side veggie
-tuna casserole
-tuna cakes (make tartar sauce out of mayo and relish), veggies, rice/noodles
-creamed tuna over rice, veggie
-bean burgers, side veggie

You've got the stuff to do it! Fresh and canned!

Like Sheila said - I would start with everything that is open. I would put it all out and do it buffet style until it is gone. I would do sandwiches, tacos, salads and assorted fresh fruit or vegetables on the side.

Limp vegetables go fine in soup as long as they taste okay before they go in.

I'd also make chili out of the stuff you've got and add pasta for leftovers.

I took Sheila's idea. I used 1/2 cooked chicken breast, wheat tortillas, the last of the shredded cheddar cheese, the rest of the bottle of green taco sauce and one of the cans of sliced olives and made kinda like enchilada's and microwaved them so I wouldn't use more propane nor heat up the house with the oven on. Dh liked it. It came out pretty good.

It is two adults. The lunchmeat was a variety pack so we have a couple slices of turkey ham left and a couple a couple of slices of turkey. I really appreciate all of this help.

If you are looking for ideas to use up the lunch meat, the turkey ham can be diced and added to baked beans, I'd also add some drained pineapple, chopped onion and green pepper for a baked bean casserole dish. The turkey can be used to make a broccoli-turkey-divan type casserole.
