It's not a step backwards production-wise, in fact it's the 'cleanest' PD recording ever. Fave tracks: the title track, and the theme for the Montréal BD festival (Disco Mix). Least fave track: Curly Chicory.

Ya gotta accentuate... the negative.. :D No, not too minimal, I just feel choppy tremolo (much as I love the effect) does not a track make. Just opinion, mind you: someone else may love it.

Did it influence the new tracks? Cos I usually don't think of PD recordings as Ambient, or background music in any way... which is good.
