Yeah, not too bad thanks. Whatever happened to that overdrive pedal you were developing to sell commercially?

Sorry for delay, just read this. The overdrive (Icepick) has been totally re-thought as there were issues with the design. I'll have the website up shortly and will let you know when its live, cheers :)

Visually, it's really fascinating, but I also like playing it while I'm drawing or making stuff. Good on you. Will look out for more.

All,

container drivers radio are to release a ten track compilation CD of artists who have appeared on the show before.....I'd like you guys to send in a high res wav or aiff file for consideration.

we are releasing this in tandem with russian winter records and there will be the appropriate legalities in place ie royalties etc.

Please send in tracks for consideration to info@containerdriversradio.com

any questions get in touch

if we get more than ten tracks that we want to release then there is scope for more so dont think its too little a window

cheers

so just a week remains till end of the month so if anyone else wants to submit a track for the forthcoming CDR CD release please send a WAV file of highest res possible to info@containerdriversradio.com

already have 19 tracks and its proving difficult to whittle down to 10 so hopefully russian winter records will be keen to do a vol I and II.

expectation is that given go ahead one of the volumes would be out by end of June start of July, I still have requirement to go out to artists and get promotional blurb but that should hopefully be pretty painless.

obviously all tracks sent in will get an airing on the show as well inbetween all the drivel B)

I've just sent a couple of files to your email address. They were too large for normal attachments, so I used the Google Drive thing - first time I've used it, so let me know if there are any problems and I'll put them on a normal file sharing site.

Just to say that the Container Drivers Radio compilation CD in association with Russian Winter Records has now progressed to a "Tonight in the Container Vol I " and "Vol II".

All 20 tracks have been selected and artwork being worked on. Tracks will be mastered soon and hopefully as long as the legal stuff goes ok we should see them released in the near future.

So from here we have tracks from Power Swichtblade, Palace of Swords, Les Waters, Matt Finucanne ....there might be others not entirley sure, is Ditching The Albatross from here? plus we have Kill Pretty and Bob O's KP2 .

The Container Drivers , thats me and Colin have waived our royalties to the artists too .

Watch this space for more info.

A Wasted Apostles piece. It's nothing much, in fact it's just working through the chord changes to a new tune but it evolved into a 15 minute noise romp that is so noisy other people besides the neighbours deserve to suffer for it.

Listen or download here: Bosphorus.

Here's a tune called 12 Hour Shift where I nicked the guitar rhythm from Totally Wired (probably the only 3 chord tune I've written)
