While I have been in "real" bands (that is, ones that played out, in addition to, or instead of, recording), my main "band" has always been The Farces Wanna Mo, where I am tthe main guy, but usually get lots of of help on music writing and instruments.

Through the nineties and to 2000, I averaged about an album worth of material a year, although much of the output was in ep form.

In the 2000's the band slowed down, but did not stop. There was an ep of outtakes in 2002. A "real" album in 2003, and then another "real" album at the end of 2006.

Then I got writer's block and did no music worth keeping until the end of 2010. I did lots of "remastering" and also put lots of old Farces Wanna Mo up on the internet in this time frame, but the band was essentially in hiatus.

At the end of 2010, my muse came back and I started writing decent stuf again. Not great, but enough to keep spending time on it through the 1st half of 2011. By August 2011 I was recording album worthy tracks again. YAY!!!!

Now I basically have an album worth of material, but still will be finishing up the next song/video over the next couple weeks. Then I can release the new Farces Wanna Mo album Best of Luck in your future endeavors to the YouTube (best reord company going right now). Will probably make some nice CDR's too for anyone interested. The reord kiks ass and I have been excited about it since the end of August when it really started to come together.

In the next couple days I will post a three song "single" on this thread, although the single will not have songs from the forthccoming lp. Just want to clear a couple of scraps away before the lp drops. I wouldn't worry about the single too much if I was you -- it is the Best Of Luck In Your Future Endeavors LP that you will really need to hear. It will be the best album released in 2012. ain't guarantee that you will like it, but I an guarantee that you will think it is like no album that you have ever heard before.

Until, not long from now,

Unky Kleeners

Thanks. My wife took the front cover pic in like, 2005, and I took the one on the back in August 2011, just when starting work on the album.

I've given you a bit of a review before on a PM but I'll say it again, I really like 'Anomalous'. It is best listened to without the distracting clip on You-Tube:

This is in my head some of the time.

what distracting clip?

The video?

where the guitarist's jack makes "loose headphone wires" type pops that are loud?

something else?

Yes, CT. I got it wrong. Soz. I didn't mean clip I meant video.

The viddy distracts from the song. 'Tis all too much.

The song is best listened to with eyes closed. And the viddy is best watched with the sound down.

I like this '10"/LP'. I also learned a new word - curtilage (this is not important though).

What's a guitarist's jack?

I love little boys. They can do no wrong.

I want my family preserved on film too.

The song is great but it's a better song with no vid.

Anyway, the film is on You-Tube and good it is too. The song is great but it needs cutting off at the golfing scene.

Dear CT,

Sorry I've not replied sooner. Fell asleep at the screen on Sat night/Sun morn.

Nothing to do with the subject matter, had a long shift and only got in at midnight. Then drunk a bottle and half of wine quickly.

Anyhows.

There's some psychological something in your above post, I'm sure. I'm also sure there is some scientific basis and evidence for the above post. Otherwise you wouldn't have said it.

For my part, I have nothing to add other than little boys can do no wrong. 'Cos they're young children and therefore blameless.

I think I'll watch some more FWM spoken word. This is very cheery.
