If individuals and/or corporations want to give $, it goes to the feds (who will skim for admin costs) and EVENLY distributed to every candidate, making a level playing field.
This MAY eliminate the legal bribery scheme that politicians and DA's and Judges have allowed to influence their impartiality
Added benefit is the halt of endless commercials
