He can't help it, he's off his Meds. and reverting back to Billy Nolan, everyone here knows Nolan has created Numerous Profiles for use at a later time. He will most likely disappear and come back with another Profile, why not keep it simple next time and use an appropriate name....

Yeah, I noticed a few new ranters with old accounts.  Everyone behaving so maybe just decided to come back after retirement. But that's why I keep asking the question.  How the hell did he get back here in the past 2 years?  I am not aware of anyone else getting in and this guy was bounced / account erased for trolling.
