She can say what she wants about him because he can't refute it. Why did she call and stop the private investigator? Supposedly she was one of the people he was having problems with at the DNC.
How about looking at what he described himself as:

Rich was a computer guy. He dealt with voter data had access to the DNC computers. This means he of course could have accessed and downloaded the emails and given them to someone.
