I would like to take a moment to apologize for the assh*le that you guys had to collar. He was a perp long before he joined the ranks of the NYPD.
I for one am glad he is gone. Unfortunately the NYPD has lowered its standards from when I joined in 1987. I hope that you don't feel that he represents
