TPF, this bomber rode in at the worst times, just as Kelly was unveling his grand counter terror initiatives.. like rain on a parade.
College Journalism student.. "Mr. Commissioner, can you explain how you can keep NYC safe if you can't find an ied bomber on 42 st?"
stunned silence..
"Can you attract qualified candidates on 25k per year?" (18k after taxes but before food stamps.)
"How can they live and work in NYC on that Salary"?
Student will not find a reporting job in NYC.

Ed should place an hour clock at the top of the Rant page.. at some point, a member of the HQ press corps will take a bullet for his paper and
ask...

Wow.....the the sun is up, another day and no press conference...
In the meantime, the NYPD is going to try and horn in on funds from a recent Parks Department program. Claiming that Kelly's policing
initiatives..i.e.."Potted Plant Policing", has been doing basicly the same thing since he took office..

There is six pages of posts on why they haven't caught the bomber yet. Are you kidding me? Do you not think there is not NUMEROUS Detectives assigned to
this case, (Not to mention other agencies)? I am sure most if not all of these Detectives have time on and/or are have quality investigative skills. Do you
think they assigned recruits right out of the Academy to investigate this case? Why are cops, (retired & active) looking to point fingers in this case?
