They need more towers, fixers,Taxi checks, directed patrol and some good old fashioned park walk and talk.....(This would of never happened
during the holiday corruption programs)!

The City of NY can milk out tens of millions of dollars from the Feds on this one.




This particular bombing seems to have been committed with the deliberate purpose to have caused no harm, disruption or destruction.


Me personally, I'm very wary of this one.


No, I don't think Kelly did it. lol


But history has shown that anything can be possible.
