Happy New Year. Goodbye to the dumpster fire know as 2020.
Happy New Year !! First time in over 28 years that I didn't have to work a regular tour, overtime detail and I don't have to get up in the morning !!!! My #1 item on my to-do list this week is contact the NYS Local Retirement System and finalize my pension numbers !! Tentatively looking at $9000 per month before taxes. I hope that number goes up a bit before I am done. 1.5 million in deferred comp and a 401-k, and another 4k per month in 6 years from social security !!
To all you New Jacks just getting on......join deferred comp ASAP and stay safe. Remember......the job doesn't love or care about you.
