I ain't buying it....This calls for a Rant investigation..Hour and 1/2 after midnight????
I say BULLSHIT!
Check the bridge security cameras and all the black boxes in the Bronx Pct Co's cars to see who was in their commands at 2400 when not due to be working...(they would not be stupid enough to sign in the command log)....In fact, check the Boro Chiefs car!
This was a basic COMPSTAT inspired Bronx dump job....!
