My brother in-law's  son is a hipster, a few years ago he and his new wife  bought a co-op in Williamsburg Brooklyn around the block from Peter Luger's. I called him a few weeks  ago to see how he and his wife were doing. He told me I was right and that he should of listened to me and bought a house in Long Island rather than a place in New York Shitty. He has since moved to Carle Place Nassau county.
