The printing factory that printed thousands of ballots that were later mailed to NYC burned to the ground on Christmas.

We're just baffled we can't find one piece of equipment that was in there. There should be stuff there, and there's not," he said.

The same warehouse was in the news earlier in September when they were forced to reprint over 100,000 ballots
