Some significant updates.....
Shots fired before the explosion? Maybe a shootout with them and the bomber? They are now saying it was part of the recording. Multiple people heard it. Cops were lured there on a shots fired call. They may have wanted to spare civilian lives but knew law enforcement would respond to the shots fired. I believe this was done with the intent to kill police officers, regardless of the countdown. Alternatively, was the recorded shots fired recording done to get police there to ensure civilians would be evacuated?
Regardless of the intent, this shows a level of sophistication. Not the act of a "lone wolf" but the actions of an organization. Government or terror group? We shall see.

Watching the news and they have all six officers telling their stories, WTF.

I was waiting to hear one of them say, “Yeah, I saw three people come out of the RV”.
“Call me crazy, but it looked like George Soros, Jeffrey Epstein and Hillary Clinton, but Epstein was tied up to the RV”,hence the body parts.
